FACT:<\/strong><\/em> I\u2019ve been trying to hit the gym three times a week for the past couple of months.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n ADDITIONAL FACT:<\/strong><\/em> <\/strong>I look forward to working out.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n I know, I can\u2019t believe it either.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Awhile back, working out would\u2019ve been completely out of the question. Nothing would have been more off-brand. But, after factoring in an over-indulgent, food-tripping summer, a consistent need to get out of the house, and the residual effects of the freshman fifteen, I needed the gym. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Yet, while I came for that, that\u2019s not why I stayed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s something about the feeling it gives you\u2014the brain break, the catharsis, the validation that you\u2019re doing something good for your body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And as I\u2019ve come to learn, sometimes, you just need to sweat it out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n So throw that hair up, slip on those runners, and turn up these tunes! <\/p>\n\n\n\n Let\u2019s get to I BE UP IN THE GYM, JUST WORKIN’ ON MY FITNESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
